Some groomers and homeowners of pets swear by apple cider vinegar and water alone. Concerned that the alcohol is too severe or drying the ears of their dogs, certain owners prefer to ignore it. In order to prepare a solution of vinegar and water, mix 1/3 cup cider vinegar cup water 2/3 warm. Wipe the seen part of the interior of your dog's ear with the solution with a cotton ball or soft tissue.
